Invisible so no one can tell you’re straightening your teeth, removable so you can eat and drink what you want and continue your regular tooth brushing and flossing.

Invisalign® is Comfortable, because it has no metal parts that can cause mouth abrasions that often lead to bleeding or sore gums. No metal and wires usually means you spend less time in your doctor’s office getting adjustments. Safer because you can brush and floss more effectively. Invisalign® is the patient friendly way to straighten teeth.

Patients schedule appointments about once every 6 weeks to ensure the treatment is progressing as planned. Patients wear each set of aligners for about 2 weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next aligner in the series, your teeth will move little by little, week by week, until they have straightened to the final position as determined by Dr. Brueggen.

Total treatment time averages 9-20 months and the average number of aligners worn during treatment is between 18-40. As with any specialized dental treatment, the average treatment time and number of aligners will be unique to your specific case.
